About us

Geelong Pistol Club is one of Victoria’s finest clubs with fantastic facilities that ensure we can shoot multiple disciplines, primarily VAPA events, but also including SSAA and IPSC.

Situated at the Mount Duneed, we have access to 7 pistol ranges of which 3 can be used for shotgun and (pistol calibre) rifle competition as well. We have a fully self-contained clubhouse with all facilities; kitchen, toilets, showers, TV and a great heated and cooled clubhouse where we share many stories – some shooting related and some not – after the competition.

Our club has hosted many National and International events over the years including the IPSC National Championships.

What we do

Geelong Pistol Club is a multi-discipline club, in that we compete in many different disciplines, including ISSF, PA and IPSC

• WA1500 Events (48 shot and 60 shot matches)
• Service 25 and 50
• ICORE
• Field Pistol
• ISSF Rimfire and Air Pistol matches

Members

Geelong Pistol Club has over 150 members and runs regular IPSC competitions on the first Sunday of each month.

Geelong Pistol Club members are amongst the best shooters in the country, with members and previous members being major winners at many State and National Championships.
